Composition
The jury brings together entrepreneurs, creatives, academics, and civic leaders from across Kenya and the diaspora. Members serve in a personal capacity.
Independence
Jurors operate under a signed code of conduct. Anyone with a conflict of interest in a category must recuse themselves from that vote.
Selection criteria
Each category is scored against published rubrics covering impact, innovation, scale, governance, and community contribution.
Confidentiality
All deliberations remain confidential. Only final results — and where appropriate, citation notes — are shared publicly.
