1. Open call
Public nominations open and run for six weeks. Anyone — peers, customers, mentors, or the nominees themselves — can submit an entry through the Nominate page.
2. Eligibility check
Our secretariat verifies that the nominee operates in or substantially contributes to Nakuru County, is in good standing, and meets the category-specific criteria.
3. Jury shortlisting
An independent jury of industry leaders reviews qualifying entries and produces a shortlist of up to five finalists per category.
4. Public voting & judging
Finalists progress to a combined phase of public voting (40%) and expert jury scoring (60%) across impact, innovation, and excellence.
5. Gala announcement
Winners are unveiled at the NBTA gala. All finalists receive recognition packs and post-event visibility across our partner network.
